Each year, Crestwood Elementary school students turn art class into a stop-motion production studio and produce a 10 minute short film. The monthslong movie-making process requires students to work together — from storyboarding, to hand-carving characters to frame by frame animating — to learn how individual art subjects intertwine when you make a movie.
